2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Optional workshop for members and their key people (Richmond only)

With your registration, you are agreeing that you will be fully COVID vaccinated before arrival, OR have a negative COVID test result within 24 hours before arriving at the event.

The Luncheon Keynote 12:00 - 1:30 pm (members & sponsors only)

During an engaging 45-minute "Fireside Chat" between Dr. Shelton Goode and one VACEOs member, participants will learn about key workforce challenges brought on by the “Great Resignation,” and explore strategies that address talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Add-on Post-Luncheon Workshop 2:00 - 3:30 pm (members, sponsors AND their team-members - $)

A 90-minute content-packed, interactive workshop will guide participants through business case scenarios and allow them to present cases from their own organization to analyze and develop strategies for select business scenarios. The workforce strategies and shared knowledge of current trends will be collectively applied to the various cases and discussed to provide viable solutions for the organizations represented in the session. Topics will include talent acquisition, employee engagement & development, DEI, and retention.

Participants will be given the opportunity to ensure continuity, review, and reinforce the fireside chat and workshop takeaways by connecting with Dr. Goode in a 30-minute coaching session. Managers are critical to creating a culture and inclusive work environment that enable employees to be their best. However, not all leaders have the skills necessary to accomplish this objective.

Because this workshop is so interactive, we decided that we could not deliver enough value for virtual participants. Therefore, this additional program is only offered in person, in Richmond.
